Everything goes to one address: support@ready214.com. READY214 is a small independent project run by one person, so replies come as promptly as one person can manage, usually within a few days.

The most valuable message this project gets. The guides cite 38 CFR Part 4 and the regulations move, sometimes retroactively, so a page that was right in March can be wrong by autumn. Send the guide name and the sentence that looks wrong, and the citation if you have it. Corrections are made quickly and the page notes when it was last checked.

Include the page you were on, what you clicked, what you expected, and what happened instead. The browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer both help. Screenshots help most of all.

Export or deletion can be done yourself, immediately, from Settings. You do not need to ask. For anything the controls do not cover, or any question about what is stored, write to the address above with “privacy” in the subject line. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

It cannot file your claim, check your claim status, look anything up in your VA file, represent you, or tell you what your rating will be. Nobody here can see your VA records, and READY214 has no channel to the VA at all. Anything requiring an actual decision on your claim has to go through VA.gov or an accredited representative.

For the claim itself, an accredited representative is free and far better placed than any website. Find one through VA.gov’s accredited representative search, and verify accreditation before you sign anything.
